The Citrus sinensis cv. Valencia v2.0 genome, courtesy of the Citrus sinensis Annotation Project, is now available on CGD. The genes and transcripts and sequences are available in the CGD Gene and Transcript and Sequences searches. The genome is also viewable in JBrowse with the CGD RefTrans aligned to it. And of course, the genome scaffolds, transcripts, CDS, and proteins are available in the BLAST tool.
