Comments | This does not appear to be paperrind -- appears to be a Valencia. (WP Bittrs, 06/1952)<P> This acceession had seedling yellows, removed by thermotherapy. Rind is <u>not</u> thin -- appears mis-labelled; see WPB note of 1952 on front of this card. (EM Nauer, 03/23/1987)<P> Fruit compared with Valencia and it do appear to be one. Since the wrong name has been on this accession for 74 years, would I be struck by lightning if I made the correction on the fron of this card? The sun is shining so I guess I'll take a chance.
